well something I'd not thought of before for sure. That's as ahistorical as you need to get. The supercharge's 50m/s velocity boost would give the 15" guns significantly-better horizontal penetration and shell ballistics due to the flatter arc and higher speed. The admiralty just didn't bother because the performance was sufficient without them and they didn't want the increased barrel wear (which means squat in this game). Giving them the supercharge may be ahistorical, but it's certainly not out of the question, and the muzzle velocity/penetration data already exists. The QEs' guns were also identical to that of the Revenges except for having higher maximum elevation - hence why the super charge was issued to the latter.
It's not like WG can up the HP by a few thousand if necessary anyways.
No, I'm not implying that the latter is balanced at T7, I'm saying their HP would be in the upper 50k range as a result, which is very much within reason for a T7 considering they're as fast as Nagato while being more agile and smaller targets (they're just one foot longer than a Standard-type BB). In their end-life configurations, the modernized members of the class displaced as much as Colorado. I see no reason why Queen Elizabeth can't make T7.
